Carpentry Guarantee

Chocky’s Lifestyle would like to thank you for choosing us as your preferred fence and/or deck installer. Your new fence and/or deck is accompanied by a 2 year limited guarantee on all labor and a limited lifetime guarantee on the materials themselves.
Materials:
The manufacturers of fencing and/or deck materials carry their own limited lifetime guarantees which may vary from one to another. The specifics of the product guarantee can be confirmed with the selected products manufacturer. We do not warranty material outside of the provided manufacturer’s warranty.
Installation/ Workmanship:

Chocky’s Lifestyle will fix any fence and/or deck issues that is related directly to craftsmanship. Items that are related to material defects and natural warping, shrinking, cracking etc. will not be at the company expense. 

Extreme circumstances (including but not limited to fire, excessive flooding, excessive freezing) causing damage to work installed by Chocky’s Lifestyleare not covered under this or any other Chocky’s Lifestyle guarantee.
In order to enforce the rights under this guarantee, the owner should promptly notify Chocky’s Lifestyle of the specific item or items of concern. Chocky’s Lifestyle shall respond to such guarantee requests within a reasonable amount of time. Any emergency requests will be given immediate attention. If Chocky’s Lifestyle finds in its reasonable judgment that the item or items requiring attention are covered by this guarantee, it will promptly proceed to repair and/or replace the defective materials or workmanship, at its sole cost and expense, except to the extent it finds that such repairs have been made necessary by the negligence or intentional misconduct of the owner, or any party or parties associated with owner.
This guarantee shall be void and will not apply to any materials which were originally installed by Chocky’s Lifestyle, then subsequently repaired, adjusted, or modified by an individual or entity other than Chocky’s Lifestyle or its authorized representative.

Replacements and/or repairs furnished under this guarantee shall not carry a new guarantee, but shall carry only the unexpired portion of the original guarantee provided.
